Harmony DVR button doesn't work

I bought Logitech mousse n was told I get a rebate of 20 Myr (in Msia) but ve to wait 15 working days for dis Small Amt.!!! If its more than 100Myr, I can understand. Dis is too much.Besides I must ve Touch n Go eWallet. If customer dont ve dis eWallet so, cannot claim??? Why cant Co just scan code bar by email directly to customer !! Much easier, ya. Tq

Please can you explain why I was not refunded the full amount against order number #101756****339. I have a support ticket on this matter 831**** and I have emailed 4 times asking for an explanation and not received any reply. The order value was £191,96 and I have only been refunded £173.77 without any explanation.

Logitech g920 fast blinking light

One day i plugged in my wheel, it began it's start up calibration, it rotated to one side and stopped rotating, and began flashing white rapidly. Logitech g hub does recognize the wheel. I have tried using a different power outlet and unplugging it completely and plugging it back in. I spent a lot if money on this and i just want to be able to play my games again.

Flight yoke doesnt install in window 10, all updated drivers. USB (I can see) installs with the software but it cannot load the drivers for USB and it just freezes and doesnt recognize the insertion of the USB it just remains grayed out.

This is the third Logitech keyboard that I've owned, and it's the third time that lettering has come off. It lasts about a year and then afterwards the letters start to come off. Bought all of them at Costco. I'm looking at other brands from now on.
