Could not get keyboard to operate. No connectivity between my IPad and the keyboard. Mounting frame was broken on left side. Disconnected twice during phone call. Technician could not help with connectivity problem. After second disconnect, I got no return call and no way to contact the person with whom I was working.

The backlighting feature on the keyboard didn't work, and their customer service personnel told me they did not deal with that sort of problem. I returned the product for a full refund and purchased a different keyboard. I will not recommend Logitech to anyone. Very poor customer service, and the product was defective.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH LOGITECH

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject. In this regard, I would like to inform you that once

more time logitech the Brand is break the trust of partner.

I hereby describe the whole communication with your Sales Person Mr.

Dhaval is contact no. is +91 9****

50243.

01. First I have asked the price about your product Logitech Group Video Conferencing. He give me Price

Rs.

91500.00 + GST. At that time I inform Mr. Dhaval to this enquiry last year in June 2021 the same

client asked to Kirti Telnet. Mr.

Dhaval replied me that Kirti Telnet don't any deal in past for the

same product. Mr. Dhaval said me that Pls. give me the client name so, I lock the deal for this

particular client.

So, I have given name M/s. SHREE PREFAB STEELS PVT. LTD. Mr.

Dhaval Said no problem

Sir.

02. When I quote the client Rs.101000.00 + GST, Client asked for discount and reply me that your price

is 10 % higher than the other dealer.

03. I contact Mr. Dhaval that other partner is quote Rs.90500.00 + GST for the same product.

He replied

me that not possible but after request by me he will give me price of Rs.87000.00 + GST. I requote the

price to client Rs.92500.00 + GST.

04. But Client said other is giving me Rs.90500.00 + GST. So, I contact Mr.Dhaval and ask him when I

register the client name with you how can you give this product price to M/s.

Kirti Telnet when I have

already inform you that M/s. Kirti Telnet give last year price and product to my client but at that

time I am not given you client name so, Kirti Telnet was taken the order for this product. But at this

time I am first inform you the whole details for the case.

05. Than he told me other dealer give the lower price how can I control.

But When I inform you the name

of client and product how can you give the price to him and you have to ask that which client kirti

telnet going to deal.

06. Today 04/06/2022 morning I called Mr. Dhaval that yesterday you told me that you never know about

Kirti Telnet than he replied me that Kirti Telnet is our distributor. I was shocked when 03/06/2022 Mr.

Dhaval don't know that partner Kirti Telnet only one night how can Kirti Telnet become a distributor of

LOGITECH BRAND ???

07.

MR. DHAVAL also assure me that client is telling lie Kirti Telnet is quote Rs. 92500.00 + GST only.

08. So, I once again asked to client what is the price you have got ?

Client said that Rs.90250.00 +

GST

Sir, I surprised that Mr. Dhaval is not accept the truth. Sir, If you think that I am not capable to

sale your product or you are not interested to sale your product through me. Please spicify it clearly.

So, I stop euquiry about LOGITECH PRODUCT.

But this partiality not tolerate from my end.

Wheel wont power up. Regardless of connection to game console. Outlets work. I am getting 9vdc coming out of transformer/power supply. Is this correct? Or should it be more like 24 vdc?

Mouse was purchased within warranty period but apparently because I was not able to produce a receipt, the malfunctioning mouse will not be replaced. Not happy. Will replace with a competitors product and think twice before buying a Logitech product in the future
