MK295 Wireless Mouse & Keyboard Not Working

Hi there!
I purchased an MK295 wireless keyboard and mouse from Amazon Canada. The mouse works great but i have been having a problem with the keyboard since getting it.
I have had to trouble shoot it so many times already.

I've contacted Amazon customer service who redirected me here so I can create an "issue" post.
I am wanting to just get he keyboard replaced because the mouse works GREAT and I have no problems with it. The keyboard has now stopped connecting to bluetooth and doesn't even work typing on it now.

A bit frustrating. I was having no results with using my wireless keyboard. I couldn't sign into anything. There was no response on the monitor.
I just got some robotic-like answer that he couldn't answer my query but he would send me exact steps on an email. Fair enough. I opened the email, and there was literally nothing there.
As it turned out, one of the three white keys was the real why. Customer Service Techs should have simple go to tools and knowledge to help customers in a troubled spot, like duh.
Come on Logitech, ya gotta UP your ability to help customers in a pinch without the "I'll send you links or instructions" about your issue. Now, I'm speaking as an septuagenarian. I'm sure adults born after 1980 will dig your type of solutions.
You might ask customers, to better assist you: What decade were born? followed by: Are technical issues are easy for you to solve? They will tell you, as I would have, a simple YES or NO. Then you forward these customers to a special help desk. Others can fend for themselves with directions on email and links.
