Logitech Technical Support Review

Harmony support has been promising to resolve my issue with a Harmony 650 remote since Monday May 2, 2016. It's now Saturday May 7 and and I'm still waiting. The emails I've received from them over the past couple of days have not been helpful and it appears they are now ignoring me.
