Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

No way to return an unsatisfied Logitech online purchase. I placed an online order to buy a new MX ERGO Plus Wireless Trackball Mouse.

Once received and tried it, I have to return it because the mouse does not fit my hand. I am frustrated and exhausted by the difficulty to return this product. Still trying to contact their customer service. I used logitech's mouse in the past ten years, but this is the first time purchasing directly from logitech.

Won't do this again.

Amazon, newegg, ebay and many other resellers have much much better service. Do not purchase from logitech even though you are fans of their products.
