Missing item from order. Tried contacting Logitech via instant chat only to receive regurgitated old replies from previous session. Then receive email saying respond to this email which is an old message. And when I tried calling every conceivable number for Logitech, no one answers, and no one replies back when leaving a message.

tried to call to get help with an unusual mouse issue. no option to talk to a live agent - just an AI that wants to walk you thru multiple irrelevant troubleshooting steps. Total waste of my time.Did i mention that there is NO WAY to talk to a support agent? the AI just disconnects. Talk about *** me off...

They PRETEND to have a contact number, but there is not an opportunity to speak to a person. Although the AI voice is one of the best that I have heard, the service, which is non- is some of the WORST

Bought a #350 Ergo. keyboard from Amazon, which is super comfortable, less than a year ago. It started about 3 months ago, intermittently doubling and quadrupling random letters, so you spend a lot of time as you have to constantly fix. Yes, I have cleaned it, blown it with air, changed the batteries and unplugged the USB to try to reset. All I am looking for is help figuring out what else to do, and it is an impossible feat. Now I have to look for another brand.

December 27th, I purchased several items through logitech.com. As I waited my status to get accepted.

I left the site for a day. Then I wanted to check them by tracking number it asked me to enter my order number, email address and guest access code. Well, I had two them but didn't understand what was the "guest access code". While searching the answer through internet, It said that the code will be sent in the email for order confirmation.

Looking into my email, I was sure that I didn't get one. So, I am asking can you resend the "guest access code".

My order number is #132003****639.

Got a slimfolio pro keyboard for my ipad about 3 years ago and I keep following the intructions to pair it and it WONT DO IT. the keyboard lights up, the device shows up on my ipad, it even has the code that I need to enter, but when I enter the code and press "return" it acts like I did NOTHING. And ive been on hold the last TEN MINUTES and no one will HELP ME. Nothing online says anything either!!! IM SO FRUSTRATED!!! please help me

Hi there! I purchased an MK295 wireless keyboard and mouse from Amazon Canada. The mouse works great but i have been having a problem with the keyboard since getting it. I have had to trouble shoot it so many times already. I've contacted Amazon customer service who redirected me here so I can create an "issue" post. I am wanting to just get he keyboard replaced because the mouse works GREAT and I have no problems with it. The keyboard has now stopped connecting to bluetooth and doesn't even work typing on it now. Thank you so much!

NO COMPLAINT! Just need to ask customer service or whomever a question about how to reconnect speakers to PC. When the PC is off, then re-connect. Or when PC is on. My PC won't recognize the speakers now

I have purchased two of there keyboards and both didn't work most of time. The products are crap and not worth the money spent on them, as you will spend more time trying to figure out the problem with the products to get them to work for a short period. Spend a little bit more money on quality products that will work, and save yourself he headach and frustation of buying there products.
