This issue began July 6, 2017. It is now October 12th and I have still yet to receive the correct item.

I have made more than 6 calls and spent more than a total of 2 hours on the line with different representatives trying to get the matter resolved. I have been assigned 3 different case numbers. I am so frustrated with the situation that I tried calling the Corporate Office. I was directed to voicemail and never spoke to anyone despite calling a few times.

I will say that the most pleasant part of this experience has been the representatives.

Sadly enough I do not have much faith in this matter ever being resolved. I have spent way too much time on this!

I didn't like: Ordering process, Time it took to resolve an issue, Inconsistent information, Communication or lack of follow up.
